Each toy should correspond to age of your child. The games and toys with fine details are unsuitable for smallest children.
At last, the toys, which constant by different fine subjects, i.e. revolvers shooting by balls, onions with arrow, petard are not recommended to children of any age.
Be attentive at purchase of toys, be convinced, that they are not dangerous to the kid.
A variety of toys on all tastes and wishes presently is obvious. How from this huge amount to choose that will approach the concrete child with the certain character and level of development?
Than to be guided at a choice of a toy: by desire of the child (but it at children is momentary), by own sympathy (and suddenly your tastes will not coincide)? The new toy - always pleasure, but, besides, she should benefit (in this case benefit of a toy - development of the child).
The game interest should not supersede the trainee. If in real life of game often can pursue the useless purposes (from the point of view of pedagogic, and sometimes and common sense) and to act as spend of free time, in developing process, opposite (on the contrary), their task - to save time and thus to give result, i.e. to be effective.
 The toy should give the child an opportunity independently to transform it, to enter the innovations. If this condition is carried out, the toy not taking to the child, and will develop him.
 The toy should give the child a task for mind, long and intellectual loading (ready toy be not capable it to make).
The toy should outstrip development of the child, to be stimulus to self-development, instead of to brake it at the certain level.
Agree, not any toy corresponds to these requirements, frequently even contradicts them. But it is impossible so is categorical to speak about all toys. There are whole systems of developing games. About one of them, most widespread and correct (in pedagogical sense), further also there will be a speech. The developer of this system is the family opinion.
In what the features of these games consist?
Each game represents a set of tasks, which are decided with the help points, cards and other subjects.
The tasks are put in the different forms (as model, shapes of figure, drawing). Forming at the child concept about different ways of transfer of the information.
The tasks settle down by way of increase of complexity: from simple to complex.
Wide range of difficulties: from accessible 2-3-years to the child up to the excessive adult.
Obligatory rule: it is impossible to prompt at the decision of tasks and to require instant results.
